Terms and Conditions
Live consulting/training is delivered via web video or phone only. Some software issues may extend beyond the time booked for consultation. Additional time needed may be reserved. Rates for additional time will remain the same as at the time of initial booking. Payments are accepted in US dollars only and should be made via PayPal. All payments must be made in full prior to any consulting session. If more time is needed during the session, additional payments can be made using a credit card. Credit card payments will only be processed by phone.
Refunds are not available if canceled within 48 hours of scheduled training time
By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
